Keep You in My Pocket.
I have to say goodbye
but I will keep you in my pocket –
a jingle of old pennies;
a plastic hat against the rain;
a hankie for my colds and flu’s
to cough and sneeze in;
your touch – your kiss – your caress
until we meet again.
